As an employee of Coborn's, Inc., the Holiday Store Assistant Manager assists the Store Director In the operations of the retail convenience store. Duties include performing all aspects of store operations: running cash registers, bookkeeping, loading/unloading trucks, transporting merchandise to storage areas and sales floor, stocking shelves and coolers, receiving, completing necessary reports, pricing product, ordering product, performing inventory audits, housekeeping and loss control. Will be responsible for opening/closing the store in the absence of the Store Manager and ensures that proper procedures are followed at all times.
The Holiday Store Assistant Manager position requires a High School Diploma or a General Education Degree (GED), or one to three months of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This position requires the need to provide exceptional customer service by treating all customers and co-workers with dignity and respect. Must be self-motivated, energetic and customer service oriented.
