The Registered Nurse will deliver competent and skilled care to patients and families in our new#Prosper Specialty Clinic. The nursing care you will provide is based on the nursing process and augments the medical plan of treatment. The Registered Nurse will deliver care with a team-orientation, an emphasis on good customer relations, sound clinical judgment and appropriate decision-making abilities that take into consideration evidenced based practice.



Qualifications:


Graduate of an accredited nursing program Licensure to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas Minimum of 6 months of nursing experience is required# Current BLS required Will obtain advanced life support certification within two years from date of hire #

He or she will provide nursing care as needed in the clinical setting as well as manage the daily functions and activities of licensed and unlicensed clinical staff. Facilitates teamwork and unit pride by advocating for an environment that promotes quality patient care standards and implements strategies to ensure patient and physician satisfaction. The Clinical Coordinator I has the authority, accountability, and responsibility for the management of patient care within his/her respective areas. Areas of responsibility will include nursing practice, physician relations, personnel management, staff development, positive customer relations and department finances. This position will demonstrate sound clinical judgment and decision making skills within the department of oversight.
