It is a certified Chest Pain Center, county-designated STEMI (heart attack) Receiving Center, designated Lung Cancer Screening Center, a member of Extracorporeal Life Support Organization (ECMO) and is certified by The Joint Commission in Sepsis care.

Position Summary:

Preparestissues and slides for microscopic exam by the Pathologist.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONREQUIREMENTS:

Minimum: Successfulcompletion of the registry examination for Histotechnology, HT (ASCP).

EXPERIENCEREQUIREMENTS:

Minimum: 1-2 years histologyexperience

EDUCATIONREQUIREMENTS:

Minimum: High School Diplomaor equivalent

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS: In-depthknowledge of Histotechnology procedures & principles, ExcellentInterpersonal and Customer Service Skills, Exercise good judgment and able tofollow instructions. Eye, Hand coordination, Paying close attention to detail,Ability to perform light physical activity.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Material Handler can be responsible for processing the receipt of all in boundfreight by packing slip and purchase order, as well as processing all outboundshipments from the warehouse. The Material Handler can be responsible forreplenishing product that has been received into its assigned stockinglocation. The Material Handler can be responsible for processing, picking,packing, staging, and shipping of all customer orders. Inventory accuracy isthe job of all warehouse associates.
