Historic Preservation Crews - Crew Leader

As a Crew Leader, you will flex your leadership and communication skills, oversee your crew and the projects, and work to solve problems in the field. Member Duties : As Crew Leader, you will supervise a crew of Corpsmembers with varying skills and abilities at historic preservation project sites. You will oversee projects in cemetery restoration, masonry, window restoration, log building restoration, painting/scraping, roofing, and general carpentry.
You do not have to be an expert at these hands-on skills. The main responsibility for Crew Leaders is to ensure effective communication between the Project Host, Technical Instructors, Staff and your crew while dhering to and enforcing our standards of safety both at project sites and at spike camp. You will work alongside your crew to set the pace and solve problems as they arise. You will foster positive crew morale through consistent teamwork, encouragement, and clear communication.
