Job Summary:

Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide excellent medical care to our elderly clientele. The qualified individual must possess excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills as well as a thorough knowledge of standards and regulations within the long-term care field. This is a full-time, individual contributor role, with a wage of $42 per hour, paid weekly.

Compensation & Benefits:

The successful applicant will receive a salary of $42 per hour, paid weekly. Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care that is individualized for the client to maximize their health and quality of life

Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records and client information

Monitor vital signs, assess physical and mental health needs, and provide appropriate care and treatment

Build rapport with clients, families, and other health care professionals

Communicate with clients regarding critical developments and progress in care

Follow up on and complete tasks in a timely manner

Adhere to all safety and health regulations and standards

Requirements:

Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in the state of Hawaii

At least one year of experience in a home healthcare setting preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently over long periods of time

Proficiency in basic computer skills and knowledge of computer software programs

Willingness to continually learn and develop with evolving trends in nursing

Clean criminal background check
