ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assigned responsibilities will depend on the position

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 2+ years' experience in accounting

• Must have experience with high volume accounting

• General understanding of accounting practices and principles

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Experience with automated accounting systems

• High attention to detail, ensures accuracy in completion of work

• Ability to multitask

• Strong organizational skills, keeps timelines and meets month-end deadlines

• Ability to communicate and build relationships throughout the organization

A valid driver's license. All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to qualify for employment. Pre-Employment testing includes a successful background check and drug testing.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift

• Day Shift

Education/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years accounting experience

• Microsoft Excel

• Automotive Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)

Salary Description

from $20.00/hr
