Collector

As a Collector, you will be responsible for:

  • Collecting unpaid consumer debt or 3rd party merchant receivables in a call center environment in compliance with all applicable regulations and internal performance standards in order to meet or exceed the monthly goal objectives of a personal and/or departmental budget.

  • Contacting the proper party (manually or via automatic dialing system), describing the debt and soliciting payment arrangements for the account in compliance with applicable regulations and established policy and procedures.

  • Establish rapport in order to overcome objections and negotiate payment of the debt.

  • Confirming payment arrangements and finalizing call.

Collector Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Six months experience in a collection/call center environment or one year customer service experience

  • Strong verbal communication skills must be demonstrated along with a professional telephone manner

  • Knowledge of applicable regulations and previous collection experience preferred

  • Familiar with computers

Merchant Accounts Receivable Representative

As a Merchant Accounts Receivable Rep, you will be:

  • Collecting via telephone in a call center environment in compliance with all applicable regulations and internal performance standards in order to meet or exceed personal and/or departmental objectives.

  • Using skip tracing skills for more difficult debt recovery.

  • Establishing rapport with merchant in order to overcome objections and negotiate payment of the debt.

  • Documenting all discussions and actions in a tracking system or database.

  • Confirming payment arrangements and finalizing call.

Merchant Accounts Receivable Representative Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment

  • Minimum of two years collection experience

  • Skip tracing experience preferred

  • Strong verbal communication skills must be demonstrated along with a professional telephone manner in order to communicate effectively with business owners

  • Knowledge of applicable regulations preferred

  • Familiar with computers

  • Command of required language(s)

  • Must have an excellent work history with a strong record of job stability

Proactive Lead Generation

In the role of Proactive Lead Generation this person will be responsible for:

  • Generates prospective customers through cold calling for short cycle sales.

  • Inbound or outbound phone work related to generating new customer leads.

  • Establishing appointments with the customer and the direct sales person.

Proactive Lead Generation Job Requirements

  • High School degree or equivalent

  • 2 years relevant inside sales related work experience preferred

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing

Clover Technical Customer Service Representative

  • Our Technical Customer Service incumbents typically:

  • Respond to inbound calls related to application, IT hardware and software products for Clover point of sale terminals

  • Diagnoses and resolves problems using documented procedures and checklists

  • Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document interactions through contact tracking

  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experience

Clover Technical Customer Service Representative Job Requirements

Required:

  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction

  • Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing

  • Ability to handle complaints and unpleasant customers

  • Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude

  • Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and overtime when needed

  • Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality

  • Medium to high proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Internet Explorer

  • Knowledge of technical support issues related to Internet connectivity and troubleshooting experience

  • 1 years in a service oriented capacity

Preferred:

  • Experience in a Technical Support role or similar high-volume service center

  • Familiarity with performance requirements Voice of the Customer, Quality, Schedule Adherence, etc.

  • Some experience with multiline telephones and online noting systems

  • Associate's Degree or higher in Information Technology or related field
