Position Details:

Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Location: The Bronx

Job Type: Fulltime

Shift: Monday- Friday 8:30am- 6:00pm with a rotating Saturday!

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient's vital signs including height, weight, blood pressure & pulse

• Record patient information and reason for visit in EMR system

• Perform certain diagnostic tests such as EKG and assist physician with certain medical procedures, as needed

• Prepare patient records prior to visit by ensuring that required lab results and documentation are entered in the medical record for practitioner review

Requirements:

• NYS LPN license
