Job Summary:

Always Best Care Senior Services

• Oahu is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in providing exceptional care to our senior clients. This is a full-time individual contributor role located in Honolulu, Hawaii. As a CNA with Always Best Care, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients by assisting them with daily living activities and promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Compensation & Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary of $20 to $22 per hour, paid weekly. In addition, CNAs at Always Best Care Senior Services

Choose your own shifts

Recurring shifts, Part-time, Full-time and On-call positions

Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and toileting

• Administer medications and maintain accurate records of medication administration

• Monitor and report any changes in client's physical, mental, or emotional status

• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises

• Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and meal preparation

• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients

• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare team members

• Adhere to all policies and procedures of Always Best Care Senior Services

• Oahu and maintain client privacy and confidentiality at all times

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid CNA certification in the state of Hawaii

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in senior care or related field preferred

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift and transfer up to 50 pounds

• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
