  • Provide excellent customer service and a positive user experience to applicants, current Buckle Teammates and Leaders.

  • Maintain compliance for Hiring team processes by utilizing knowledge of State Law Supplement Guides as well as federal, state and local employment laws.

  • Provide guidance and answer questions regarding the applicant tracking system, job postings, job requisitions, offer letters and onboarding.

  • Maintain accounts and user permissions for Store and Corporate applicant tracking system users.

  • Monitor, track, and follow up on I-9 and E-Verify processes to ensure compliance.

  • Manage, update and troubleshoot the applicant tracking system to support stores and ensure system and process are streamlined and user friendly across company.

  • Manage the rehire and transfer process.

  • Maintain and track Teammate files in accordance with record retention policies.

  • Assist with weekly, monthly and quarterly projects that include compliance with federal and state employment laws.

  • Fulfill mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of customer service while contributing to a positive team spirit.

  • Special projects and other duties as assigned.

  • Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Part-Time Position: Flexible Hours - Rotating Evenings and Weekends- Weekdays 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Sunday 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM
