Provide excellent customer service and a positive user experience to applicants, current Buckle Teammates and Leaders.
Maintain compliance for Hiring team processes by utilizing knowledge of State Law Supplement Guides as well as federal, state and local employment laws.
Provide guidance and answer questions regarding the applicant tracking system, job postings, job requisitions, offer letters and onboarding.
Maintain accounts and user permissions for Store and Corporate applicant tracking system users.
Monitor, track, and follow up on I-9 and E-Verify processes to ensure compliance.
Manage, update and troubleshoot the applicant tracking system to support stores and ensure system and process are streamlined and user friendly across company.
Manage the rehire and transfer process.
Maintain and track Teammate files in accordance with record retention policies.
Assist with weekly, monthly and quarterly projects that include compliance with federal and state employment laws.
Fulfill mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of customer service while contributing to a positive team spirit.
Special projects and other duties as assigned.

Part-Time Position: Flexible Hours - Rotating Evenings and Weekends- Weekdays 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Sunday 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM
