nations Check out more at our website wwwe3partnersorg The Role Snapshot Recruitment Planner Assists HR Director and HR team team in overall planning design development evaluation of human resource related strategies initiatives and human resource administrative processes that support e3 Partners strategic goals and values Collaborator Meets with managers to develop and execute specific recruiting plans and collaborates on recruitment activities Communicator Drive talent acquisition pipelines by representing e3 Partners at various mission fairs and conferences and source and attract candidates for necessary positions Relational Develops and maintains professional relationships with a network of other ministries faith based colleges partner churches and other organizations that advance and result in a pool of qualified candidates Organizer Manages the applicant tracking system job requisition and job posting processes ensuring maximum use and efficiencies of application including training and communication of hiring supervisors Identifies tracks and reports trends and results of recruitment and outcomes of candidate onboarding experience Motivated Drive the creation of collateral and training tools for recruiting new staff ensuring brand messaging alignment with overall e3 messaging Teacher Equip ministry leaders with information and communicationmessaging materials that will assist in recruiting efforts Develops and conducts training programs for managers with a goal of improving recruiting and hiring efficiencies and reducing turnover Researcher Researches analyzes prepares and presents hiring and recruiting statistics On Boarding Tracks Applicants Drives facilitates organizes and tracks applicant administrative process from start to finish This includes US based and international workers Relational Walks closely with applicants through the entire application process ensuring expectations and hiring process is clearly communicated to candidate Intermediary Serves as communication liaison for applicants and hiring manager regarding required applicant paperwork and provides frequent status updates to hiring managersponsor Efficient Creates and maintains applicant file and processes applicant reference and background checks Coordinator Schedules staff interviews and collects Interview Evaluation Forms Follows Up Tracks receiptprocessing of required new hire paperwork Data Entry Enters new staff records and updates existing staff records in HRIS System Qualifications and Educational Requirements Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience Two years plus general Human Resources experience HR experience in recruitment and staffing for a nonprofit or ministry based organization a plus Strong interpersonal skills Highly detail oriented and skilled at multitasking in a fast pace work environment Servant heart with ability to motivate and encourage others Proactive self starter and strong problem solver Excellent follow through skills Solid organizational and prioritization abilities Dedicated team player with the desire to learn and serve others Strong aptitude for PC and software abilities with good skills in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint and Google Chrome based email and document management Complete confidentiality Ministry Has the duty to interact with others as an ambassador of faith Tasked with performing duties according to the Word of God and Biblical standards as drawn from the Holy Scripture Serves as a messenger or teacher of faith according to e3 Doctrinal statements and beliefs Has a duty to assist others to cultivate intimacy with God and growth in Christ like character through personal and corporate spiritual disciplines Our Spiritual Requirements Being
