Responsible for supervisor and coordinating the activities concerning analyzing, compiling, abstracting, transcribing, coding, indexing and filing of patient records.

Requirements

Must have RHIA, or RHIT certification.

Bachelors Degree Or Equivalent Related Experience Preferred

Graduate of an approved Commission on Accreditation for Health Informatics and Health Information Management education

Minimum of five years management capacity in an acute behavioral setting.

Oral and written communication skills.

Basic and financial, statistical and data analysis skills.

MS Office experience and ability to learn new systems quickly.

General Summary Responsible for leading and managing the market development and sales strategy for construction materials in an area and/or region, with annual sales volume greater than 3 million tons, including expanding the area's/region's sphere of influence and increasing sales revenue in the area/region to ensure sales goals are achieved. Essential Job Accountabilities Staff Training and Development * Work with direct reports to set clear goals/KPI's and lead team to execute Operations/Sales Plans. * Ensure that sales team receives appropriate data on a regular basis to make high-quality pricing decisions based upon Granite's market position, market strategy, and profit levers for each site. Financial Performance * Ensure cost of sales and revenue are in line with market and company expectations. * Assist in developing Annual Revenue Budgets and forecasts. * Establish job specific materials pricing for significant projects and develop general price lists. Ensure actual plant costs are in line with pricing estimates. * Monitor revenue/margin/volume daily on all projects and ensure projects are accurately bid and on track. Customer/Sales Management * Research and analyze information such as customer behavior, buying preferences and demographics. * Streamline the sales processes to enable sales staff to maximize face time with customers * Analyze performance of key customer accounts to ensure actions are taken to grow/diversify external sales. * Ensure customer post bid reflect project estimates, work with customers as needed to develop appropriate corrective actions/as required. Business Development * Develop and maintain key contacts through referrals, networking, industry associations, and community involvement to identify new business opportunities * Obtain accurate information on current market pricing and conditions. Understand the capabilities and offerings of other suppliers in the market. * Participate in industry activities to ensure Granite is involved in the implementation of new specifications, regulations and processes. * Communicate Market trends and needs to Operations management. Work with agencies and owners to identify and implement new products Strategic Planning and Execution * Work with Regional management in developing and implementing strategic plans. * Ensure local pricing strategy reflects spatial data available from MobileSales to maximize profit. * Ensure annual revenue budgets are in line with the Region's Strategic Plan and plans are in place to achieve the goals. Education * Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience Work Experience * 10+ yrs outside sales experience * 5+ yrs management experience * Experience in construction materials (asphalt, aggregates, cement, etc.) sales preferred Knowledge, skills, and abilities * Excellent ability to generate leads and close deals Outstanding customer service, public speaking and presentation skills * Ability to effectively manage and prioritize resources, people and projects Sound decision making ability with the experience to balance consensus against authority as appropriate * Team player, with strong leadership skills, who can operate effectively within a matrix management environment * Excellent consultative and communication skills and ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and all types of customers * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to provide creative solutions to real-time challenges * Ability to work in high production environment and respond quickly and effectively under pressure and deadlines * Strong MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) skills * Advanced written and oral communication skills to effectively disseminate information Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
