FirstService Residential is currently seeking candidates for High-rise Condominium Management positions throughout Philadelphia, PA

Primary Responsibilities:
Provide high level support and management to assigned community association. Work closely with board of directors to address and react to the needs of the communities as well as the daily management of the site.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assure that the policies, resolutions and goals of the Board are carried out

  • Be knowledgeable of all Association Governing Documents, Rules and Regulations and general legal requirements of a community association

  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain open lines of communication with fellow Associates, homeowners and Board of Trustees

  • Be available to be on-call to handle after-hours emergencies

  • Provide input and assist the Board with the preparation of the Association's annual budget

  • Be responsible for the daily implementation of the annual budget, perform general financial management and record keeping

  • Coordinate receipt and review of invoices for services and ensure timely payment of bills

  • Assist Association and In House counsel on collection matters and monitor maintenance fee accounts

  • Prepare specifications needed for all services received by the Association (e.g., landscaping, snow, trash, insurance, pool, etc.)

  • Manage bid process, review bid spec proposals and comparison spreadsheets and make board recommendations as appropriate.

  • Manage vendor relations

  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with Association Rules and Regulations.

  • Ensure maintenance of all files, records and correspondence in accordance with company procedures and good business practices

  • Attend all Board meetings

  • Prepare Board meeting agenda, monthly management report and all other reports and material needed for Board Packet; distribute one week in advance of meeting

  • Coordinate activities of association professionals including attorneys, auditing firms and engineering firms

  • Act as liaison for designated committees

  • Provide customer service assistance to homeowners as needed. Assist with homeowners' calls and inquires and respond accordingly or direct to the appropriate party.

  • Attend regular Membership meetings

Education/ Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. /B.S.) in Business or related field from a 4-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

  • Two (2) years of customer service experience.

  • Property Management/ Association/ Real Estate experience a plus.

  • Excellent word processing, mathematic and computer skills required

  • Commitment to obtain PCAM, ARM or AMS designations or equivalent.

  • Must have valid driver's license

Description Position Summary: The Hourly Talent Acquisition High Volume Sourcing Manger will create and drive sourcing and recruitment strategies for multiple teams within the Hourly TA function and will work closely with the TA Marketing Director, ensuring proper sourcing channels, marketing/ad strategy and resource measurement approach is secured and leveraged in support of hourly high priority and high volume requisitions. The TA Manager will also work to establish and manage reporting and key performance indicators for various teams within the department. The ability to support a diverse group of internal clients and stakeholders is essential to the success of this role. Essential Functions: * Hire, lead and develop various levels of talent acquisition professionals across multiple teams * Lead teams in the execution of talent acquisition strategies for hourly roles * Ensure recruiting resources are allocated to support the most critical business initiatives ensuring strategic workforce planning, employment branding and compliance tie to the strategic direction of talent acquisition * Create and drive talent acquisition strategies and special projects to achieve most appropriate sourcing and selection of the most qualified and diverse talent * Train and manage TA teams to support Hiring Managers in the talent acquisition process and deliver qualified talent while providing exceptional client service * Partner with other hourly and salaried Talent Acquisition Managers/Directors to understand business needs and develop talent pipelines via relational recruitment tactics and proactive sourcing * Innovate sourcing strategies and creative communications via community partners, networking, social media, internet mining, and advanced internet research to provide marketplace intelligence to identify and attract top talent * Partner with TA Marketing Director to deploy best-practice candidate communications across CRM, social, and job board/resume database properties and emerging channels for hourly candidate attraction * Recognize, recommend and implement sourcing channel initiatives and process improvements using data and analytics to drive these efforts * Monitor and maintain integrity of data in recruiting database and produce ad hoc recruiting reports as necessary * Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree preferred * 5+ HR/Recruiting experience leading teams * Experience with current Talent Acquisition technologies such as internet sourcing tools, campaign management tools and networking/referral technologies * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well strong analytical skills * Creative and flexible attitude and style to adapt to new situations in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment * Ability to multi-task and quickly prioritize multiple projects and deadlines * Demonstrated ability to provide the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers * Proficient in MS Office Aramark Corporation Philadelphia PA
