The TSC Engagement Manager will also focus on strategizing community engagement plans, candidate experience and onboarding process improvement. The Role

  • Assists in the creation of a vision, based upon data, for a team/business and develops scalable strategies that capture the best talent and most diverse candidates at the lowest cost

  • Reports out analyses of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of Workforce Staffing performance via Key Performance Indicators

  • Forecast and create staffing and investment strategies to build infrastructure and ensure team resource capabilities meet business demand

  • Create and implements labor acquisition strategies inclusive of employee class recommendations, labor pool utilization, talent pool conversion and other channel resources across different Amazon businesses

  • Partners with local operations and Finance management and workflow teams to optimize labor requirements

  • Fosters strong partnership with optimization and engagement leader to ensure pipeline creation activities meet the demand

  • Monitors KPI benchmarks, metrics, and understands how to prioritize to meet and exceed all business SLAs

Expected Deliverables

  • Monitors and positively impacts the cost per hire budgets through oversight of labor acquisition, advertising and other talent acquisition costs

  • Manage and build strategies to optimize candidate cycle time, conversion rates and applicant funnel metrics to benchmark

  • Execute community engagement and sourcing strategies and demonstrate success through data return on investment

  • Exceed associate experience service levels and KPI's measured by hiring activity results and defect reduction

  • Dive deep into stakeholder NPS survey results and create action plans to address detractors

The existing solution allows customers to walk into various retail locations to make their bill payments and this solution is being improved and enhanced to provide scalable solution for our customers. What does a great QA Engineer Team Lead do? As Team Lead, you will utilize current technologies to create and execute advanced test automation solutions for the Walkin Platform. You are part of a team developing cloud enabled solutions utilizing leading edge technologies such as Selenium, ASP .Net Core 2.x, micro services, Polmer, POM frameworks, Test Manager, Visual Studio 2017. What are the essential responsibilities of this role? * You develop and implement automated tests to support new software programs * You maintain and improve the performance of existing software * You will clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues * You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of the test automation framework. * You are expected to provide technical leadership to other on-shore and off-shore testers. * Take on additional responsibilities as required. These responsibilities may include creation of documentation, project timelines, assignment and monitoring of automation tasks assigned to QA testers and the maintenance of other artifacts needed to support our automation project. * You will need to collaborate with multiple scrum teams to ensure the usability and scalability of the automation framework. * You routinely perform reporting and analysis on automated test runs. * You participate in Code Reviews to ensure we have the required code coverage. Required Qualifications: * Four-year degree in software engineering, computer science, computer engineering or equivalent field is required. * Minimum 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, including writing test automation for standalone and Web based applications required * Hands-on software development experience should include distributed server solutions with rigorous quality, scalability, robustness, and reliability requirements. * Experience with complete software development product life cycle from concept to development, product testing, and final release required. * Strong leadership experience in leading multiple QA resources across Agile Teams required. * Experience with defining and executing test strategy across a platform required. * Solid experience with Selenium tools required. * High level of competence with .Net technologies and languages including C# and ASP.Net for development or testing web applications * Experience with Page Object Model (POM) frameworks desired * Willingness and ability to work in a fast paced, highly collaborative, energetic team using distributed teams is required. These preferred skills and experience will help you stand out: * Testing applications utilizing cloud technology preferred * Testing micro service-based applications preferred * Utilizing Test Driven Development (TDD) preferred * Working on a SaaS based solution preferred * Team Foundation Server and Microsoft Test Manager preferred * ASP .Net Core experience preferred * API Testing experience preferred * MSTest or NUnit preferred Travel required: 15% Learn more about us.
