High School English Teacher

Duties

Career Center of Southern Illinois offers unique and beneficial programming to area high school students. CCSI offers both Alternative Education and Career and Technical Education.

We serve 10 school districts in Monroe, Randolph and St. Clair counties.

CCSI is currently seeking a High School English/Language Arts Teacher for a full-time teaching position to begin the 2024-2025 school year. The ideal candidate would have experience and/or interest in working with at-risk students.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess or be eligible for an Illinois Teaching License in Secondary English Education.

Salary/Benefits

This is a full-time position, salary will be determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Board Paid TRS, Life insurance and Individual Health Insurance and contribution towards Family Health Insurance, opportunity for enrollment in Dental and Vision Insurance are available options.
