High School Director

Primary Responsibilities Include:
Create the academic and cultural vision for the High School.
Manage and develop the leadership team.
Execute the curriculum, assessment, and instructional practices.
Ensure school compliance with all federal, state, and local rules and regulations.
Be the leader of a data-driven organization.
Oversee the behavioral support program.
Invest, commit, develop, and lead staff.
Create a staff culture and work environment in which highly effective staff members are actively engaged and feel unwaveringly connected to the organization and its mission.
Successfully retain top performers.
Maintain a culture that promotes student achievement and college preparation for all students.
Be committed to competent communication and conflict resolution.
Evaluate and proactively improve people and processes.
Cultivate a culture of excellence and care for our entire community.
Build and maintain family satisfaction.
Listen and respond respectfully to concerns expressed by various stakeholders.
Uphold open door policy.
Skills & Experience Required:
Bachelors degree required.
At least 3 years as a successful high school principal or educational leader.
Proven track record of advancing student achievement on state assessments .
Adept at building strong relationships fast.
Comfortable being a people person.
Operate with full integrity at all times
Committed to follow through.
