Position Summary: As a High Jewelry Manager, you are a brand ambassador and deeply passionate about building and maintaining strong relationships with high-end clients. You possess an entrepreneurial mind-set and are creative in the way you interact with clients through passionate fashion expertise and superior, high-touch client service.
Sell WFJ high-end pieces above $50,000 with an individual turn over above $3M per year
Recruit, retain, and engage high profile clients within the surrounding market
Have a minimum set of regular clientele
Prospect, source, and attract new high potential clients
Reactivate sleeping top-level clients
Develop and elevate each individualized relationships with each client experience
Design and customize customer relevant experiences in accordance with global guidelines
Build a strong collaboration with the Fashion/Couture Department
Enhance the knowledge of High Jewelry among Fashion/Couture departments and their clients and develop a strong relationship between these departments
Convert Fashion/Couture top VIPs into HJ customers, develop their loyalty, nourish their desire and upgrade their level of purchase
Manage the sales of High Jewelry and exclusive watches- accomplish boutique's target goals of fine high-end pieces sold each year (above $500K tbc)
Maintain client database: recruitment and retention- Measure the growth of new HJ clients per year
Measure the total of clients taken to exclusive events (local or international) and conversion rate (ROI)

Inspire and coach the team on High Jewelry within the Boutique
Solid track-record of selling High Jewelry and Watches
Travel independently with elite clients; and possess ability to reach out to an international clientele
Interpersonal skills and sense of team work, while remaining a polished sense of professionalism and integrity
Excellent planning/organizational and communication skills
Strong curiosity for culture (art and literature)
Passion for high-end category: WFJ and its environment
Full understanding of the luxury lifestyle, attending social events with the ability to meet and entertain exclusive clientele in a sophisticated manner reflective of Chanel image
Entrepreneurship in order to achieve his/her annual sales target
Take initiatives to combine a strategic and spontaneous approach for building a strong and personalized client relationship
Present a polished and well-groomed image at all times
Ability to travel up to 25% of the year (domestically and internationally)
Work in a non-traditional environment; ability to work a flexible schedule including possible late nights, weekends, and some holidays
Ability to speak Mandarin is a PLUS!
Ability to lift 15lbs
