High Impact National Sales Director - Luxury Bedding

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Sales Director to join our team. With a 40-year history of manufacturing excellence in the luxury bedding industry, they have established strong partnerships with major brands, both through white label manufacturing and ecommerce sellers.

As a National Sales Director, your role will be instrumental in strategizing and implementing our sales initiatives nationwide. You will manage a distributed sales team and make critical decisions that impact the overall business strategy and direction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a nationwide, distributed sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Work together with senior leadership on branding, product development, timelines etc.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with the company's business goals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key ecommerce sellers and major brands.
• Evaluate market trends and provide insights to support product development.
• Drive growth of our white label services through strategic partnership development.
• Collaborate with senior management to set the direction and strategy of the company.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of sales experience in the a B2B ecom / retail sales environment. Experience in bedding or similar industry preferred. 
• Proven track record of successfully managing distributed teams.
• Strong grasp of the sales process into ecommerce markets
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
