Schedule: Will guarantee 30 hours/week M-F 9-3 with occasional weekend care needed

Job Description:
Busy Edina family seeks a flexible part time nanny to assist their family 3 days/week.

You'll be an extra pair of hands to help with managing three children, help with some meal prep, and have fun playing! Our children are currently 4 weeks old, 20 months and 3 years old. They are creative, high-energy and lots of fun.

In the Fall our eldest will be in Pre-K so the primary care will be for the two youngest. Our ideal candidate can go with the flow, provide assistance/support, is flexible and can communicate and have an open and positive attitude.

Note: Mom or Dad will be home during care.

Dad works from home sometimes and Mom would be upstairs sleeping for the majority of the time. Mom and Dad are more than willing to support or jump in to assist nanny if needed.

Nanny must be CPR/First Aid Certified and be up to date with Flu shot and Tdap vaccine (family will pay for it if needed)

Care will be for our three children ages: 4 weeks, 20 months and 3 years old

The Operations Professional has strong communication and problem solving skills and works effectively with sales professionals, management, corporate partners and clients to drive store sales and profitability. Duties include providing exceptional customer service, order fulfillment, inventory management, and ensuring merchandise is delivered; all with the Tiffany Touch. Monitor and reconcile merchandise inventory, using reports and systems to assess inventory accuracy, report discrepancies to management or corporate partners. Partner and communicate effectively with Sales Professionals, management and customers to respond and follow up on requests for assistance in product and service information, service, repairs, shipping and inventory quickly and accurately. Support Company operations efficiency objectives by ensuring all activities maximize productivity and by providing feedback on process changes through appropriate channels.
