Key Responsibilities: Assist in the daily supervision of luxury home construction projects Work closely with the Superintendent to ensure on-site operations run smoothly Ensure quality control and craftsmanship meets the highest standards Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and trades to maintain project schedules Assist in managing job site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all building codes Conduct walkthroughs with clients and team members to review progress and address any issues Qualifications: 3 years of experience in high-end residential construction (internships count) Basic understanding of construction processes, blueprints, and high-end finishes Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Keen attention to detail and commitment to excellence Eager to learn and grow within the construction industry Why Join Us?
