Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas: - Using various enterprise resource planning and e-sourcing software such as JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Ariba, PeopleSoft and Manugistics. level of abilities with and proven record of success as both an individual

  • Contributing and team member identifying and addressing client needs with a focus on Procurement and Sourcing functions.

Manages the daily activities and develops short and long term strategic planning of the operations to ensure facility and organization goals and objectives are achieved. Essential Functions: * Responsible for the management of all Home Deliveries originating from the Miami DC and Lakeland Hub through 3rd party service provider. * Must have strong interpersonal skills in the daily management of 3P service provider account manager. * Daily management of Delivery allocations and partnering with service provider to ensure we appropriate driver head count to meet sales volume. * Manage customer care team- which focuses on same day/future delivery issues. * Analyze reports and data to effectively manage business and Delivery KPI's. * Support audit and approval of service provider invoices. * Responsible for ensuring that departments meet or exceed performance requirements in the areas of safety, shortage, cost control, quality, processing standards, flexibility, reliability, customer service and execution to plan. * Collaborate with Operations team to ensure all areas are providing a high level of service to the Delivery operation. * Ability to perform presentations to the retail division and Sr. management when needed. * Identify / develop / implement short and long term strategies which enhance profitability, productivity and efficiency for each of the operations departments. * Continually analyze work processes to identify optimization opportunities and implement process improvements. * Develop and maintain a work culture that is successful and committed to superior customer service. * Develop and maintain procedures and metrics that assure customer service satisfaction levels are attained. * Responsible for driving and managing the change associated with organizational growth. * Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine department progress toward stated goals and objectives. * Provides a safe work environment for staff.
