HHA Recruiter

Ultimate Care is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated HHA Recruiter to join our dynamic team!

As an HHA Recruiter, you will engage in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates while also working closely with our HR team to maintain compliance with all regulations and company policies. At Ultimate Care NY, we are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve, and your contributions will be key in helping us achieve that mission.

Salary: $50,000- $60,000

You will:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified HHA candidates.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate potential candidates to ensure they align with our mission and care standards.
• Conduct thorough background checks and verify credentials of candidates.
• Coordinate and facilitate onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring they are properly trained and integrated into the team.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruiting and hiring activities.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
• Participate in job fairs and community outreach programs to promote job openings and recruit potential candidates.

You will have:

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare or home health care sector.
• Strong understanding of hiring best practices and employment regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Health Services, or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish-English) are a plus.
