We need you to be servant hearted with a deep desire to serve older adults and supports their health and wellbeing. You must have the ability to effectively communicate with each person served, the ability to put others before yourself, and a great teamwork attitude! Reliability, dependability, integrity and a high level of energy and passion for the work of our organization are required. This position requires Certification as a Nursing Assistant. You must actively be on the Registry in the State of Iowa and in good standing as a C.N.A. Beginner to intermediate levels of computer skills are required with previous experience with electronic medical records preferred.
