Shift Details: Nights (7p- 7:30a)

This 733 bed Community Hospital is continuously expanding. With the arrival of the Hospital Tower, facility expands services and expert care, while creating an integrated, welcoming and spacious environment for patients and their families. Their mission is to serve humanity by improving health through integration of education, discovery and health care.

Position Summary:

Their responsibilities include: taking medical histories, performing examinations, starting IVs and working with physicians to diagnose various blood diseases and disorders. Hematology nurses also educate patients and their families on how to live with and manage their blood disease.


  • BLS certification required and ACLS may be required in designated departments.
  • At least 24 months of recent nursing experience within the past five years in acute care hospital setting.
  • Must have a minimum 1 year as an RN w/ BSN or 2 plus years as an RN w/Associates. Must have experience in desired specialty.
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia.

Customers include office-based physicians, consultant pharmacists, medical directors, key medical and nursing personnel among others. Additional key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: team leadership; hiring, training and coaching; performance management; and efficient and effective account targeting and coverage. The HAL will be responsible for creating and implementing an area business plan to address product promotion priorities and valid customer requirements. The HAL will represent a consistent "CUSTOMER FIRST" approach to business activities & relationships while developing and demonstrating outstanding planning, organizational and leadership skills with an experienced sales force. The HAL will serve as a peer leader and resource to the "TEAM" at both an area and national level. This is a remote role Required: * Bachelor's required * A minimum of 3 years of pharmaceuticals sales management experience in the oncology, institutional, or specialty marketplace. * Current Novartis associates that have successfully completed the Novartis Sales Management Development Program (SMDP) are eligible. * 50-75% travel required Preferred Candidates: Must have a demonstrated record of success in their ability to lead and inspire a sales team towards meeting and exceeding objectives. Be able to communicate and implement tactical product strategies with a sophisticated audience, and to think strategically (i.e., "outside the box" and look at the "big picture") Provide creative and innovative solutions to market problems. Personal integrity and leadership abilities are essential. Excellent interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal), and presentation skills are required.
