Are you an experienced IT support specialist looking to own the whole IT support operation for a small company? I'm working on a Help Desk/System Administrator role with a private company that provides financial advice to clients in high technology and global transportation markets.
In this position, you will be the primary point of contact and subject matter expert on supporting users and maintaining workstations, servers and network infrastructure for a small private company with 45 employees. Other Responsibilities ? Deliver customer service with a focus on helping colleagues resolve issues as the primary point of contact for IT ? IT OPs, training and coaching employees, communicating and evaluating technology ? Continuous review of business and IT processes, technologies, deployments and make recommendations for improvements ? Onboard new employees with accounts, equipment, and training ? Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other office equipment ? Service and maintain network infrastructure, VoIP system, VPN appliances, servers, and wireless system Benefits ? Medical/Dental/Vision paid for all employees and dependents ? Keys ? 3+ years of proven experience in IT, with excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems ? Experienced in server management, data governance, and network administration ? Solid foundation in the following: Microsoft Excel and Outlook, Active Directory, Group Policy, Hyper-V Server, Office365, Windows Server 2012-2016, Windows 10 ? Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a small and nimble company that has a fast-paced work environment ?
