Three (3) CURRENT letters of recommendations, resume and cover letter. Associate Degree in computer networking technology or similar field or equivalent experience. • Demonstrated experience troubleshooting a variety of computer hardware and software issues on Windows and Apple computing devices. • Network management skills including Windows Active Directory and Apple Open Directory. • Knowledge of software applications and operating systems. • Excellent communication and record keeping skills. • Familiarity with Internet and technology applications used in K-12 schools.

Experience with Pearson's PowerSchool student information system preferred. • Familiarity with automated procedures for applying Windows and Mac OS updates. • Experience managing Apple iOS devices (iPads, iPods, Apple TV) in a classroom environment including app syncing and managing updates. Experience with Gmail an Chrome.
