Help Desk Technology Technician

The City of Buffalo is looking for talented workers to fill part-time positions. We are looking for a talented Help Desk Technology Technician.The primary objectives of this job are to provide technical support and assistance to end-users, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the IT Help Desk.

The role involves administering, installing, and maintaining technical applications, equipment, and services, with a focus on ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for end-users.
