Path Medical is seeking a Full-time Help Desk Technician Tier 1 to join our team!
Provide onsite technical support when phone support is not able to resolve an issue.
Installs and supports OS, applications for PCs, laptops and mobile devices
Experience creating, removing, updating Active Directory (AD) users and groups
Basic network command knowledge to be able to troubleshoot internet / connectivity issues
Able to login to a printer web interface using the printer IP and an internet browser
Installs and supports Printers, Scanners and the applications used by those devices to conduct day to day operations.
Provides technical, functional and application guidance and support to personnel.
Assists the department users with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Sets up and configures new machines as required.
Configures and manages remote access technologies for users
Ensures protected health information is secured at all times.
Interact with numerous computer platforms in a multi-layered client server environment.
Some Traveling to multiple Sites are required
Provide excellent customer service.
Abide by HIPAA laws regarding personal medical information (PHI).
Associates Degree in Computers Science or Equivalent combination of education and experience
3 + years of windows desktop support experience.
A+, N+, Certifications preferred but not required
Must be willing to travel to multiple sites.
