1.Via phone, email, or remote access, provide school and central office staff with help on various Information Technology issues

2.Log all phone calls and email requests

3.Create work orders for all requests using IT Direct ticketing system

4.Identify problem trends and respond appropriately

5.Escalate technical support issues that cannot be addressed by the Help Desk

6.Make recommendations as to replacement, repair, and purchase of hardware and software items to enhance performance of MPS technology and equipment programs
