As level I Help Desk Support Specialist, you will be part of an energetic team of professionals who are committed to providing superior service. Job Requirements

We need you to have:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 1 + year of technical support experience

  • A working knowledge and ability to perform basic troubleshooting of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

  • Ability to explain technical concepts and adjust messaging based on the audience, including non-technical groups

Responsibilities As the first and last point of contact to our patients, you will ensure patients feel comfortable during their visit, multitasking between greeting patients and managing a variety of administrative duties.
