What youll be doing:
-Youll be supporting our US Based customers (mostly via phone and email) on a variety of issues
Troubleshooting networks, IPSec, VPN tunnels, modifying firewalls, etc.
Handling issues with Active Directory, MS Exchange 2010/2013, Citrix XenApp 6.5/XenDesktop, SQL 2008-2012
Working in a fast paced environment across different customer environments
Infrastructure environments will vary from Cisco, F5, NetApp and VMware

-At least 3 years of helpdesk support / technical support and/or IT support experience
Must have recent experience working for a consulting firm, MSP (Managed Service), service providers, ISP (Internet Service), Hosting and/or SaaS company
Strong generalist background supporting and solving issues with VPN, Servers, MS Exchange, Citrix (virtual desktop) issues, etc.
