Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a Help Desk Analyst for a 3-6 month contract opportunity in Buckhead.

Description:

Support the day-to-day IT functionality of all company employees.

Including but not limited to:

Technical Skills

2+ years IT related experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

2+ years' experience in a high volume IT call center environment.

3+ years of direct interaction with customers and clients in a corporate environment.

3+ years of IT Helpdesk/Call Center Experience, User Support, Win XP/8, MS Office & Outlook

2+ years hardware experience working with a variety of desktops, laptops; network printers; and mobile devices.

2+ years software experience - knowledge of Windows XP/7, MS Office Professional, MS Exchange, Citrix, VPN.

2 years Administrative work in Windows Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange

Respond accurately and courteously to inquiries via ticket, phone or in person

Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and peripheral components. Basic Mac setup is a plus.

Log all events and document findings and actions taken to resolve

A-Plus Preferred

Microsoft Certifications Preferred not required

Soft Skills

Must be able to communicate effectively with the team, corporate customers of different technical expertise and all levels of management

Ability to efficiently resolve customer's/technicians problems or escalate further as appropriate

Professionalism at all times, assertiveness and accountability, good timekeeping, flexibility

Ability to work well under pressure, set priorities and comfortable making decisions

Drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment and self-motivation, respect for colleagues, desire to learn

Must be able to work independently while in a team environment
