Overview

The Help Desk Support professional works on all aspects of company's IT infrastructure and provides in-person, email and phone support to the company's employees.

Responsibilities

  • Tier 1 Support; triage all incoming support tickets

  • Provide Windows desktop support

  • Provide software application support

  • Provide mobile and print support.

  • Setup new hires and perform new hire orientation

  • Perform systems preventative maintenance

  • Maintain technical support procedures and documentation

  • Play a part in the 24x7 on-call rotation: 10 to 12 times per year

  • On-Site support for multiple office. Reliable car a must.

Education

AS or BS or equivalent experience; and 1 plus years related experience.
