The Help Desk Support professional works on all aspects of company's IT infrastructure and provides in-person, email and phone support to the company's employees.
Tier 1 Support; triage all incoming support tickets
Provide Windows desktop support
Provide software application support
Provide mobile and print support.
Setup new hires and perform new hire orientation
Perform systems preventative maintenance
Maintain technical support procedures and documentation
Play a part in the 24x7 on-call rotation: 10 to 12 times per year
On-Site support for multiple office. Reliable car a must.
AS or BS or equivalent experience; and 1 plus years related experience.
