Help Desk Representatives are our first point of contact for customer services and retention. They take pride in our company and exude professionalism in all customer communications/interactions.
This is a full time position with 37 hours of work Monday through Friday and 3 hours on Saturday (in the morning). After the probationary period, this positions is eligible for full benefits.
Food service experience is required. Food Service Team Lead experience is preferred but not required. Call center experience is preferred.
Applicants should be "tech-savy" and thrive in a fast paced environment.
This position earns $10 per hour.
