Level II Help desk role
Implementing ServiceNow early next year. ITSM experience is a plus but NOT required.
Support over 200 corporate locations
Will be opening up Service BAR, users can walk up with their issues instead of logging a ticket This role will be mostly phone support initially and is averaging 6 phone calls a day. The calls can be long and intensive and need to be resolved and not left hanging.
Will be training and mentoring level 1 help desk.
Have a separate Application Support team, so this team does not do any direct app support.
He is working on starting a Service Bar, so, another reason why communication/personality is important. They will help users face to face.
Enterprise level environments experience is a big plus.
There is not a heavy call load, more like 6 calls/day, but they take longer and this candidates needs to be able to see them through to completion.
Interview process: 30 minute phone interview process: 30 minute phone interview with Help desk Manager.
