Technical Support/Call Center - Pay rate: $19/hour

Ideal candidate will have about 1-2 years of call center technical support experience with good attitude, customer service and reliable.

This position is responsible for providing professional, high level Customer Service, by delivering technical information/instruction and resolving issues related to test administration, reports, personal computers and networks as they relate to internal applications.
Receive, respond to and resolve inbound Client contacts on client's products, including NON-Technical issues as needed
Manage unresolved incidents utilizing appropriate resources within required timelines
