Technical Support/Call Center - Pay rate: $19/hour

KellyIT is excited to work with a client who is looking to bring in multiple candidates to help them out with their busy season for 6 months contract with possible extension for the high performers.

Ideal candidate will have about 1-2 years of call center technical support experience with good attitude, customer service and reliable.

This position is responsible for providing professional, high level Customer Service, by delivering technical information/instruction and resolving issues related to test administration, reports, personal computers and networks as they relate to internal applications.

  • Receive, respond to and resolve inbound Client contacts on client's products, including NON-Technical issues as needed

  • Manage unresolved incidents utilizing appropriate resources within required timelines
