A direct client of Atrilogy Solutions Group in Scottsdale, AZ is looking to add to their growing helpdesk team. These Helpdesk Analysts will provide support to internal end users on a variety of hardware and software applications. Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for helping others are the most important aspects of this role.
Please note that these roles will require you to work weekends as a part of your regular shift. Hours range from 4AM to 6PM and the service desk is open 7 days a week. Your days off will be consecutive/together. Our client prefers to have their helpdesk engineers work a 4 X 10 shift, so youll have 3 days off every week.
Desired Skills/Experience:
  • Active Directory Group Policy (sometimes known as GPO)
  • Office365
  • Exchange / Outlook
  • Support hardware, software, mobile phones, printers, laptops, tablets, password resets, etc.
  • Experience with Service Manager or Citrix XenDesk, preferred
  • HS Diploma Required
  • Certifications are a plus
  • Experience supporting construction software is a plus, not required.
