Join SPS Commerce as a Help Desk Analyst. The Help Desk Analyst is responsible for support of SPS Commerce users. You are responsible for configuring, monitoring and troubleshooting core user systems including hardware, operating system, networking and application level support.

The day-to-day

  • Administer and configure corporate laptop configurations for SPS Commerce. This includes trouble- shooting and end user assistance with problems.

  • Process documentation and maintenance.

  • Interact with various departments and is the primary contact for Windows/Mac based application troubleshooting and configuration.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve Windows/Mac programs and application desktop software.

  • Perform approved software installations.

  • Remote and onsite support of laptop hardware.

  • Assist with the preparation and implementation of system upgrades and special projects

  • Knowledge and experience with Office 365 (Email, Calendaring, OneDrive for Business, and SharePoint).

  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Network troubleshooting and a solid working knowledge of network terminology and infrastructure including but not limited to: TCP/IP, SNMP, DNS, DHCP and VPN.

  • Responsible for IT based tracking applications and laptop configuration backup.

Required Experience/ Skills

  • College degree or equivalent years of experience (2 years Helpdesk experience required)

  • Excellent customer service skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Demonstrated organizational skills with ability to effectively manage multiple projects.
