Robert Half Technology is looking for an experience Help Desk Analyst to handle 2nd level incidents for one of our clients! The candidate will be responsible for processing help desk requests from internal staff, taking calls and creating new incident tickets as warranted. The ideal candidate will also have an extensive amount of experience providing technical support in a call center-like environment.   • General understanding of IT concepts, practices, and principles highly preferred

  • Experience with managing of customer requests

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

  • Have at least 3+ continuous years? experience answering calls

  • Strong knowledge of Windows 7 and 10 Operating Systems.

  • Remote desktop experience

  • Assisting remote users with VPN and CITRIX issues

  • Active Directory knowledge

  • Working knowledge of ticketing software

  • Strict attention to detail

  • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

You will be responsible for the development and analysis ofsite contracts including but not limited to drafting, negotiating, andfinalizing agreements related to clinical trials. The lead will assist withtraining of staff, facilitating clear and concise communications and assistCGAs with resolution of contracting and study related issues. In addition, the lead will provide projectmanagement and oversight to internal and external stakeholders as required andsupport to the clinical team in the pricing, planning, execution and control ofcontracts. Youwill: * Prepare, negotiate, and finalize research support agreements forinvestigator initiated and collaborative studies through direct negotiationwith Institutions. Responsible for delivery on established targets/measurements. * Responsible for analyzing requirements and translating intoappropriate contracts and budgets as well as other relevant documents.Responsible for reviewing study specific tracking requirements for accuracy andcompleteness as well as delivering against contracting cycle time targets * Work with global teams to review and analyze contractual terms andconditions. Assess legal and budgetrisks in conjunction with team support functions. Partner with Healthcare Compliance, RiskManagement, Privacy and other stakeholders to obtain guidance and driveresolution. Analyze investigator fees in relation to fair market value pricingand ensure alignment with regional standards and the J&J pricingguidelines. Participate in and/or leadapproval escalations as appropriate * Provide specialized support and guidance on negotiations for contractdocuments, as required. Determinepotential needs for contract amendments and manage amendment lifecycle. Ensurethat contractual terms and provisions comply with corporate process, systems,and strategies. * Provide project management oversight, inclusive of training andsupervision to ensure adherence to timelines/targets. * Onboard and train new staff and meet regularly with team membersto ensure studies are properly supported and identify contracting issues andpotential solutions. Assist in resolution of site/study related concerns.Mentor and guide teams on processes and procedures. Serve as a key liaison with management on staffperformance. Facilitate clear and consistent communications between managementand other team members. Identify andimplement process improvements. Driveaccountability and results. * Assist clinical operations or clinical team in ensuring thatinvestigator grants comply with overall study costs and compliance guidelines.
