Robert Half Technology is looking for an experience Help Desk Analyst to handle 2nd level incidents for one of our clients! The candidate will be responsible for processing help desk requests from internal staff, taking calls and creating new incident tickets as warranted. The ideal candidate will also have an extensive amount of experience providing technical support in a call center-like environment. General understanding of IT concepts, practices, and principles highly preferred
Experience with managing of customer requests
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Have at least 3+ continuous years? experience answering calls
Strong knowledge of Windows 7 and 10 Operating Systems.
Remote desktop experience
Assisting remote users with VPN and CITRIX issues
Active Directory knowledge
Working knowledge of ticketing software
Strict attention to detail
Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
