Position: Help Desk Analyst Location: Sunrise, FL

Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
Assist with system administration tasks
Provide support for operating systems, including Windows and UNIX
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality customer service
Document and track all support requests and resolutions
Requirements:
Strong problem-solving skills
ZanDesk
LAN knowledge
Excellent verbal communication skills
Phone skills
Customer service experience
Quality focus
PC proficiency
System administration experience
UNIX system administration experience
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
