One of our clients is looking for Help Desk Analyst 1 on the following skills:
A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field is required
Interviews: Phone interview with a potential second interview onsite.
2+ years experience in a technical Helpdesk role with mandatory of having good communication skills both in written and oral and customer friendly.
2+ years troubleshooting technical user issues and documenting the needed information into the ServiceNow platform.
2+ years experience supporting windows OS (7, 8.1 and preferably 10)
2+ years experience with Microsoft active directory (2008/2012) and Microsoft Windows OS as well as the Office suite (Office 365).
2+ years of experience in a position where good communication and customer service is required.
Live within 30 miles from 150 E. Campus View Drive, Columbus, Ohio 43235 and will report to the same address.
Having a valid Ohios driver license.
The successful candidate may have to undergo a drug test and background check.
