Help Desk Administrator - Full Scope Poly

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a qualified Help Desk Administrator to support a federal program based in Atlanta, GA.

• Requires an active TS/SCI FULL SCOPE POLY Clearance*

Responsibilities of the Help Desk Admin:

• End-user support for software, peripherals, and devices

• Installation of specialized software

• Deployment of new desktop and laptop hardware

Qualifications of the Help Desk Admin:

• Active TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph

• 2+ years of experience in an IT software support role

• Bachelor's degree in an IT related field (Computer Science, Cybersecurity, etc)

Compensation for the Help Desk Admin:

• Salary: $70-135,000/year flexible based on experience
