Heldesk Support

IT Support Specialist, contract role:

Location: Bothell, WA

Onsite 5x a week

Duration: 6 weeks (potential extension)

Urgent need for an experienced, customer focused Helpdesk/IT Support specialist to join our client's team in Bothell, WA. This growing company is focused on sustainability and community impact and is an environmental impact in the Pacific Northwest.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide tier 1 and 2 support, prioritizing based on business impact.

• Setup new hardware, create directory accounts, and manage access provisioning.

• Deploy and configure peripheral devices (e.g., mobile devices, IP phones, printers).

• Administer Windows desktop environments on-premises and in the cloud.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues following instructions.

• Maintain SOP documentation and manage IT inventory.

• Support remote site locations with occasional day travel.

Requirements:

• 2-year technical training or BA/BS

• A+, Network+, Security+, or equivalent experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 admin centers, and Defender for Office.

• Experience with networking, IT security, Microsoft Teams, and IP phone systems.

• Customer service, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Successful completion of background check and drug test.

• Washington State driver's license required.

Physical Requirements:

• Extended computer use.

• Moderate noise and temperature levels.

• Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk for up to 10 hours a day.

• Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. and other physical tasks as needed.
