Computer Task Group is seeking a Health Engagement Designer focusing on Hispanic Communications for their client in Danvers, MA for a 6 month temp-direct position.
Provide translation of culturally sensitive Spanish content across various channels, including Interactive Voice, SMS, and Email.
Proofread and peer review Spanish translations; as well as original document with English content. Conduct research and literature reviews on approaches to improving the clients approach to the Hispanic population. Undertake training from the rest of the HED team to better understand the clients approach to design.
Have a client-facing presence; consulting with them to ensure the design is optimized. Participate in speaking engagements and/or white paper creation, case studies, and blog posts to demonstrate the clients thought leadership in Hispanic Communications. Work with other facets of HED Production, Solution Design, and Writers to brainstorm on enhancements, both channel and content related.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Must enjoy problem-solving and critical thinking.
Excellent organizational skills. Ability to handle high volume of simultaneous projects accurately and on deadline. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with multiple groups/departments.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Fluency in both English and Spanish written and spoken. Strong attention to detail, never letting a typo go unnoticed. Ability to thrive under pressure, delivering quality work while staying calm.
Persuasive writing skills informed by behavior change theory, advertising techniques, or marketing principles. Strong client relations abilities including written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Engaging presentation skills; ability to communicate ideas and articulate vision to a diverse audience. Experience in Health Communications or working with payers/providers a plus.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Translation or other related field specific to Hispanic populations. Master's Degree preferred Certification in Spanish Translation/Content Development Services PREFERRED. 3-5 years professional experience in Spanish content development 3-5 years working in the healthcare industry dedicated to Hispanic populations (preferred)
