Computer Task Group is seeking a Health Engagement Designer focusing on Hispanic Communications for their client in Danvers, MA for a 6 month temp-direct position.

Provide translation of culturally sensitive Spanish content across various channels, including Interactive Voice, SMS, and Email.

Proofread and peer review Spanish translations; as well as original document with English content. Conduct research and literature reviews on approaches to improving the clients approach to the Hispanic population. Undertake training from the rest of the HED team to better understand the clients approach to design.

Have a client-facing presence; consulting with them to ensure the design is optimized. Participate in speaking engagements and/or white paper creation, case studies, and blog posts to demonstrate the clients thought leadership in Hispanic Communications. Work with other facets of HED Production, Solution Design, and Writers to brainstorm on enhancements, both channel and content related.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Must enjoy problem-solving and critical thinking.

Excellent organizational skills. Ability to handle high volume of simultaneous projects accurately and on deadline. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with multiple groups/departments.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Fluency in both English and Spanish written and spoken. Strong attention to detail, never letting a typo go unnoticed. Ability to thrive under pressure, delivering quality work while staying calm.

Persuasive writing skills informed by behavior change theory, advertising techniques, or marketing principles. Strong client relations abilities including written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Engaging presentation skills; ability to communicate ideas and articulate vision to a diverse audience. Experience in Health Communications or working with payers/providers a plus.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Translation or other related field specific to Hispanic populations. Master's Degree preferred Certification in Spanish Translation/Content Development Services PREFERRED. 3-5 years professional experience in Spanish content development 3-5 years working in the healthcare industry dedicated to Hispanic populations (preferred)

We are seeking a talented individual for Client Management-Oriented Project Manager. While traditional project management experience is an essential and necessary foundation requirement, a positive attitude, outstanding work ethic, a solid technical background, exceptional organization skills and the ability to multi-task with a devotion to excellent client management are critically important. The Project Manager will lead multiple client engagements through all aspects of the delivery lifecycle following defined implementation processes including leading kick off meetings, managing program design and implementation, project planning, and ongoing operations. Solid experience in translating and executing technical client business needs into concrete goals and solutions is required. Excellent communication skills at all levels are a must and the ability to effectively lead a diverse team is expected. Essential Responsibilities: * Successfully plan, lead and facilitate meetings with all levels of client and internal project stakeholders thereby establishing themselves as the technical and business project leader, or, Subject Matter Expert for all program needs * Proactively monitor, evaluate and report on program performance and work with internal teams to identify areas for solution enhancement; participate in regular business reviews with key client stakeholders * Assume full deliverable accountability from the solutions design and documentation through final delivery and outcomes presentations * Communicate project implementation options that affect schedule, quality and risk to stakeholders, as well as offer recommendations based on these elements * Participate throughout a project's quality assurance cycle to ensure that the final product meets the expectations of the original project requirements * Closely monitor scope and change requests thereby preventing unapproved requirement modifications * Monitor development efforts, assemble key project deliverables, report project status, and raise awareness on issues requiring escalation * Coordinate go-live activities both internally and externally and support client testing and releases, as needed * Traffic and coordinate support requests to appropriate members of the team for fulfillment * Monitor, anticipate and troubleshoot issues within engineering teams and follow through with the technical and client teams to resolution Non-Essential Responsibilities: * Performs other functions as assigned Supervisory Responsibility: * No Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Proven ability and aptitude to learn new technologies and tools and work with technical teams of varying abilities. * Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple small-to-medium scale projects with a combined internal team of 3-10 team members as well as client stakeholders * Excellent communications skills are required * Expertise in program design and documentation of functional/technical specifications * A basic knowledge of AGILE, SCRUM and Waterfall delivery methodologies is useful * Working knowledge of HIPAA, compliance * Partners effectively cross-organizationally Work Conditions and Physical Demands: * Primarily sedentary work in a general office environment * Ability to communicate and exchange information * Ability to comprehend and interpret documents and data * Requires occasional standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects (up to 10 lbs.) * Requires manual dexterity to use computer, telephone and peripherals * May be required to work extended hours for special business needs * May be required to travel at least 30% of time based on business needs Certifications: (Required/Desired) * PMP Certification desired Minimum Education: * Bachelor's degree required Minimum Related Work Experience: * 5 years of client facing project management experience of which 2 years' experience in technology and/or healthcare is preferred * extensive experience monitoring and troubleshooting complex technical solutions while managing client's change requests and inquiries * Experience with web services, data, IVR, SMS or email technology is preferred * Salesforce.com experience is preferred Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.
