Job Summary:

Responsible for managing the generation of revenue and promoting sales of new and existing company

products. Responsible for establishing goals and objectives for the Sales Team.

Essential Job Duties

  • Develop and implement marketing/sales plans and monitor results.

  • Analyzes or resolves customer service issues or assists Inside Sales Coordinators in resolving customer

service issues.

  • Be familiar with company product literature and be able to convey product information and availability to customers.

  • Assist in determining labor claims.

  • Manage the reduction of damaged returns.

  • Manage and support the continual improvement of our company's quality improvement system.

  • Assumes other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Manage the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling, and reviewing work, ensuring quality standards. Responsible for hiring, terminating, training and developing, reviewing performance, and administering corrective action for staff.
