Job Overview The incumbent oversees the inspection, maintenance, and repair of all structures, storm water, paved/unpaved roads, and airfield pavements/clearance for real property assets including facilities, pavements, roads, sidewalks, and fences.

Work Model: Onsite Responsibilities Essential Duties & Job Functions: Review plans and drawings submitted by the Government to verify code compliance, functionality, and maintainability and provide feedback as required.

Ensure accuracy and integrity of existing SMS data systems and provide updates if deviations have occurred. Ensure utility service outages under the SP's control shall be no more than sixty (60) minutes unless previously scheduled and approved by the Government. Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and request for special schedules /adjustments related to the EMCS.

Maintain, construct, repair, paint, and modify structural systems and wooden, masonry, metal, and concrete buildings to a fully functional state that operates as designed. Fabricate and repair components of buildings to include for example, doors, windows, floor, ceilings, and other real property, and associated non-RPIE items. Oversee locksmith who installs, removes and maintains key/padlocks and cylinder locks.

Repair interior and exterior of facilities. Inspect, maintain, and repair linear infrastructure, to include recreational paths, storm water control, paved/unpaved surfaces, fences, and pavement clearance operations. Inspect, maintain, and repair unpaved roads identified on the base maps.

Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Mandatory: Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience.

Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience. Ability to acquire and maintain government identification/common access card.  Ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional, courteous manner in diversified situations.

  Valid Alabama state Driver's License with acceptable driving record pertinent to the position.   Ability to successfully pass any background checks and/or drug testing required on the contract.   Must be able to read, write and speak Engish.

U.S. Citizenship.   Ability to obtain access to U.S. Government Installations through the Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS).     Reasonable Accommodation:
