Job Description Heavy Industrial Plant Site Manager / Construction Manager Location: Near the Spring Grove, PA area A dynamic leader and supplier of industrial scaffolding, painting, coating, and rope access services is looking to grow their Operations Leadership Team with the addition of a Heavy Industrial Plant Site Manager. The company is backed by a Private Equity Firm that has combined a conglomerate of industrial services companies focused on maintenance, construction, and turnaround projects in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Heavy Industrial sectors. This is a FULL-TIME position that will be based out the Spring Grove, PA area (relocation assistance available). It will support scaffolding, abatement, painting, insulation, and other continuous improvement projects for large scale industrial plants (Pulp & Paper, Scaffolding, O&G, Petrochemicalsetc) in the Spring Grove, PA area. The ideal candidate will have a strong dose of site and construction management experience working on Heavy Industrial Projects (Pulp & Paper, Scaffolding, O&G, Petrochemicalsetc) that had sites of 20 individuals on related projects. Responsibilities: Heavy Industrial Plant Site Manager / Construction Manager

• Supervise the development of project schedules and monitor production to assure timely project completion Heavy Industrial Plant Site Manager / Construction Manager

• Provide leadership and assist in the supervision and direction of job site work crews Heavy Industrial Plant Site Manager / Construction Manager

• Coordinate the execution of soft craft (scaffold, insulation, paint, and abatement) consistent with customer requirements and revenue profitability goals Heavy Industrial Plant Site Manager / Construction Manager

• Conduct regular project inspections and advise on work progress, quality, and safety conditions requiring attention Heavy Industrial Plant Site Manager / Construction Manager

• Establish and maintain effective client relations to achieve active cooperation and continued project success Required Skills: Educational background / industry experience in construction management, site management, plant construction operations, engineering, or a related technical field

• Preferred Strong background in Construction Site Management supporting soft Craft Services, Oil & Gas, EPC, Petrochemical, Construction, and/or PE backed organizations 5 years experience in a Site Manager, Plant Manager, or Construction Manager role Experience managing sites with 20 individuals on Heavy Industrial Sites (Pulp & Paper, Scaffolding, O&G, Petrochemicalsetc) Previous experience managing large scale construction, scaffolding, painting, coating, abatement, or similar projects Understanding of current heavy industrial construction and general industry safety regulations in the sector (Pulp & Paper, Scaffolding, O&G, Petrochemicalsetc)
