Responsibilities WHAT YOU'LL DO Must be able to operate forklifts up to 25 ton capacity Operate heavy duty trucks moving up to 90 foot roll trailers Assist with loading self-propelled cargo such as but not limited to tractors, haul trucks, bulldozers, front end loaders Work with spotters to ensure cargo is safely loaded/taken in Updates terminal system through handheld devices with cargo locations and work orders Updates terminal system with different equipment used for different types of cargo May have the opportunity to train new employees, and recommend changes and develop processes. Ensures the department adheres to safety and quality standards.

Performs other job duties as assigned. Qualifications WHAT YOU'LL NEED Read and understand department SOPs. Complete understanding of, or ability to quickly learn processes Must be capable of carrying our specific work procedures and directions of management and leads Ability to troubleshoot operational issues, read and understand written instructions Must be driven to meet/exceed the required production standards Must understand basic math Be motivated, self-directed and detail oriented Must be able to lift, carry and hold items up to 50lbs Ability to bend, stoop, stand and walk for extended periods of time Able to work in all weather conditions Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record Good communication skills, able to work well with others EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE High School graduate or equivalent TWIC Card WORK ENVIRONMENT This job operates in a professional shop/yard environment.
