Job Description Job Description Job description Heavy Equipment Operator VT Construction is a heavy civil / dirt-moving construction company based in Las Vegas, NV. We are looking for experienced Blade Hand / Motor Grader Operators.

VT Construction is a family-owned company paying competitive hourly rates, weekly payroll, and company-paid medical and dental for the employee after a probationary period. This is a full-time position with great benefits. We are specifically looking for experienced operators who have dirt-work experience running (but not limited to) : 14M or 16H Blades (Rough and Finish Grade) Benefits:
