Perform basic to the most complex tasks such as digging, grading, trenching, backfilling, and operating cranes. Read and interpret blueprints and specifications. Troubleshoot and repair equipment problems.

Train and supervise lower-level operators. Develop and implement new operating procedures. Roles and Responsibilities:
